NYS to E-Mail Job Openings to the Unemployed

The NYS Department of Labor's Skills Matching and Referral Technology (SMART) 2010 program will analyze the resumes of workers in its database for skills and work experience. According to the press release reviewed by NYConvergence, it will then e-mail them, recommending job openings in their areas based on their past work history, experience, and skills.
